Executive Director/Founder
Dr. Tammy Richardson, Founder/Executive Director. Executive Tech Professional, Senior Corporate Leader and amazing social leader in her community, Dr. Richardson founded Rayz of Hope to decrease systemic injustices especially the “digital divide” among low to moderate income members of society. It is a passion project and a social need, and Dr. Richardson has framed an amazing organization to tackle some of the education and empowerment needed in this sphere.

Reneé Nicholson, an accomplished business professional and community advocate, brings over two decades of experience in the tech and telecommunications industry, building a career marked by continuous growth, leadership, and impact. A dedicated mentor and youth leader, she has made it her mission to equip the next generation, especially young people from marginalized backgrounds, with the tools, confidence, and mindset to succeed. Her career and community work reflect a deep commitment to early-career readiness, economic empowerment, and educational equity. As a board member of Rayz of Hope, Reneé proudly supports the organization’s mission to close systemic gaps and inspire future leaders. Reneé’s story navigating and succeeding in corporate America serves as a reminder for many who need to see what’s possible when faith meets opportunity.

Diarra Richardson, Board Member. The Ohio State University dual graduate with a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work. He has a LSW license. He spends most of his time doing things in his field. He loves mentoring teens and future generational leaders, and serves as a Junior Board Member; learning the ins and outs of nonprofit development and organizing-alongside his parents.

Taaj Richardson, Board Member. Received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati's renowned DAAP program. Taaj uses his talent to help others, specifically the homeless population who he feels can be inspired by art in general and his art specifically. He has a very down to earth and in tuned personality and cares about uplifting others while giving back in ways that fuel his own creativity! He will also serve as a Junior Board member alongside his parents.
